●AAE-1Intercontinental Submarine Optical Cable Project, as the major connectivityproject of the Belt and Road, will radically change the passive situation thatthe current international broadband in Cambodia have to pass through Vietnamand Thailand, which not only facilitates the connection between Cambodia withother regions and even the world, but also greatly decreases the internationaltraffic cost, benefitting the broadband coverage and the overall popularizationof the mobile Internet.
●The equipment ofemergency power is a crucial link to ensure electricity safety because thecommunication optical cable is easily damaged by natural disasters and humanfactors, etc. Two SAONON diesel gensets with a total capacity of 1,688 kVA were used in AAE-1 Intercontinental SubmarineOptical Cable Project, which won the satisfaction from our customer.
